Sunil Ramlall, Ph.D.
Dr. Sunil Ramlall is an accomplished educator, researcher, and consultant specializing in Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development. He currently serves as the Academic Program Director for Business programs at the University of New Hampshire, College of Professional Studies.
Dr. Ramlall earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, where his research focused on employee engagement, organizational performance, and strategic HR practices. Over the past 15+ years, he has held faculty positions at several universities, including Concordia University Wisconsin, Hamline University, Western Governors University, and the University of St. Thomas, teaching and leading graduate and undergraduate programs in HRM, leadership, and business strategy.
In addition to his academic career, Dr. Ramlall has extensive experience in consulting, working with organizations to align people strategies with business goals. His research has been widely published in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on performance management, workforce development, and the intersection of HR and organizational success.
Passionate about both scholarship and practice, Dr. Ramlall continues to help students, athletes, and organizations unlock their potential through holistic, evidence-based approaches.
Anish Ramlall
Anish Ramlall is a student-athlete at St. Cloud State University, majoring in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. As an NCAA basketball player, he has developed resilience, discipline, and leadership skills that fuel both his athletic and academic success.
Beyond the court, Anish is the author of peer-reviewed journal articles and an emerging scholar in business and human resources. He is on track to graduate early and will pursue both an MBA and a doctoral degree, reflecting his long-term commitment to research, leadership, and professional growth.
Passionate about excellence in academics and athletics, Anish strives to make an impact as both a scholar and an athlete, embodying the balance of performance, well-being, and contribution to team success.
